Paul Watkins retires after 40 years in the industrial camera market

A well earned retirement has come to a 40 year veteran of the industrial imaging industry! We here at Videology wish Paul Watkins well and thank him for his years of stable leadership as the National Sales Director. Paul will be staying on for a short time as a consultant into the early part of 2023 as our North American sales team begins its new era and brings Videology into expanded markets.

Paul helped establish the strong and class leading market presence of Hitachi zoom block cameras after more than 20 years with the company.  

Paul then set up Videology as the leader in both zoom block and in board level cameras with a special emphasis on custom embedded client applications. 

From the far reaches of low earth orbit to the microscopic world of the biological imaging industry; from the depths of the mining industry to the annuls of the biggest banking companies around the globe, Paul was there. Paul has been a great mentor, a treasured asset, and a dear friend to many, both within Videology and to clients. 

Tom Giglia, Videology's Global Sales Director adds: "Paul, it has been a pleasure and honor working with you and  some very tall boots will need to be filled when you finally take your last sales call!"

We are happy to give Paul a nice send-off close to our Mansfield, MA Headquarters.
