Where do I download the driver for my camera?

In some cases, particularly for customers using laptops, the camera privacy setting may have been turned off. Please ensure that camera access is switched to "On“ within the customer’s system settings.

Navigate to the Photo ID section of our website under products.
Download and install the demo viewer for the Photo ID camera.

Note: Camera drivers are combined with the viewer software.
