      Why does it show a broken image or slow frame rate?

      Quick checklist to fix a broken image or slow frame rate.

      1. Check to ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for operation.
      2. Try using a different USB2.0 port in your system.
      3. Try lowering the video quality: Go to Options>Capture Pin>Quality> change the value to 0.
      4. Try using a YUY2 or 1420 video format.
      5. Your PC's graphic card may not support direct show properly. Try upgrading to the latest driver for your graphic card.
