Why can’t I see the video or no picture?

Ensure the cable is working properly. Try reinstalling the software.

  1. Try unplugging and plugging the cable on both ends. Back into the USB port and into the camera. Sometimes if the cable wasn't seated correctly, the video will not display.
  2. Try re-installing the USB Video/Audio driver on the PC.
    Check that you are currently using the most updated version of Videology software here.
