Camera is not detected

We recommend trying a different USB port to ensure the camera is not being connected to a faulty one.

  • Open Device Manager and check for "Videology Photo ID Camera" under the device list.
  • If the camera is not listed, unplug the camera and connect it to a different USB port.
  • If the issue persists, restart the computer and check again.
