This collaboration brings together Videology’s SCAiLX Edge AI Camera Platform with Impact Components’ long-standing expertise in industrial computing and system level integration. Together, the partnership enables fully integrated Edge AI vision solutions that reduce deployment risk, simplify integration, and accelerate time to market for demanding applications.
Videology and Impact Components have joined forces to deliver integrated Edge AI vision solutions embedded directly into industrial computing platforms, helping customers reduce integration time and deployment risk. By embedding the SCAiLX Edge AI Camera Platform into Impact Components’ systems, the collaboration simplifies system integration and accelerates time to market by combining Videology’s Edge AI camera technology with Impact Components’ expertise in system level design, certification, and global supply chain execution.
This integrated approach supports configurable system architectures, enabling platforms that can be tailored for compute performance, I O, memory, storage, and mechanical form factor. It also enables real time Edge inference for low latency decision making without dependence on cloud connectivity, and supports system level validation and certification for regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. Trusted sourcing and validation further strengthen reliability, authenticity, and long term availability.

Impact Components exhibited at AFCEA West 2026 and successfully showcased SCAiLX at Booth 4328. AFCEA West brings together defense, military, and government technology stakeholders, making it an important venue to see Edge AI imaging integrated into an industrial computing platform.
In preparation for the event, Videology and Impact Components completed important integration work to support the demonstration system, including both a visible and a IR camera setup. To enable the required human detection images with AI overlay, targeted development was completed. In addition, the inclusion of an accelerator card required housing modifications. The system was then programmed and integrated into the updated enclosure for use at the show.
