Presently we have an opportunity in our product development group for a Video Systems Design Engineer. The basic responsibilities include hardware design, development of software for digital signal processing & control, and overall coordination of projects as they move through the design & development process.
This position presents the opportunity for the candidate with a track record of success in a similar role to make their own mark on this organization, with the potential for personal & professional growth.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of (5) years experience in both analog and digital video processing, including video compression techniques.
Specific experience required:
- Maxim MG3500 H.264 Codec
- BT656 Digital Video
- System design utilizing FPGA’s, DSPs, CLPDs, and micro controllers
- Linux-based embedded system
- Software development in C, C++
- Programming using tools such as HDML and Verilog
